Who we are

We are the team behind AsthmaPediatrics.com, a pre-launch pediatric asthma care service. We are not currently providing medical care. Right now, this website exists solely to gauge interest and collect waitlist signups from families who may want to use our service when it launches.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we may collect the following:

Your name, your email address, your ZIP code, your child's age range, and an optional description of your child's asthma or breathing concerns. We do not collect your child's name or any information that directly identifies your child.

Why we collect it

We use this information to understand whether families need what we're building, to contact you when we launch or have updates, and to learn about the types of asthma and breathing concerns families are facing so we can design our service accordingly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.

We use a small number of third-party tools to collect your information and manage this waitlist. These services process your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we decide not to launch the service, we will delete all collected data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time. Just email hello@asthmapediatrics.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

We want to be clear: we collect information from parents about their children, not from children themselves. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly, please contact us at hello@asthmapediatrics.com and we will delete it promptly.

No medical care is being provided

This website is a waitlist for a service that has not yet launched. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If your child needs medical attention, please contact your pediatrician or go to your nearest emergency room.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date. For significant changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email.
